GA International NitroTAPE™ – Cryogenic Tape for Laboratory Use
Continuous writable tape for use in deep-freeze and cryogenic conditions, including liquid or vapor phase liquid nitrogen (-196°C/-321°F), laboratory freezers (-80°C/-112°F), or dry ice transportation. Waterproof, durable, and coated with a strong permanent cryo adhesive, this cryogenic tape can adhere to wet surfaces, withstand multiple freeze-thaw cycles, gamma irradiation, and other harsh laboratory environments. This cryo tape is supplied in a continuous roll that makes it easy to use as much as needed, no matter the size of the container to be labeled. Gamma irradiated (dose level of 25-50kGy) backed with a permanent adhesive and an IPA resistant varnish, which helps protect the printed image when wiped down with IPA. Offers cleanroom packaging and is ideal for keeping products safe from excess environmental contamination prior to use. Cleaned with an in-line sub-micron, MicroClean 10, web cleaning system, which breaks down the static layer, allowing both sides of label stock to be cleaned ultrasonically. Packaged in a fully-ionized cleanroom in MDPE certified cleanroom bags, which are nitrogen purged, backfilled, and then vacuum sealed in double bags. This ensures that the labels are sealed in a sub-micron environment to maintain the cleanliness level and freshness of the labels. Compatible with Zebra Models ZQ620 and QLn320 Thermal Barcode Printer. Two year expiration.
